The customer service I received was awesome! I tried for a week to bring my vehicle in but continually had problems with my roadside assistance plan. The Firestone staff was professional, courteous, and patient. You have no idea how much my experience with you ALL buffered the negative experience I received with roadside. Thank you so much Mgr Miguel, Edwin, Julian, Victoria, Miguel, and more. Your kindness was greatly appreciated!

Great experience today! I came in to have a flat tire repaired after discovering a nail in my tire, and Miguel G., the manager, made sure I was taken care of. He was professional, helpful, and I really appreciated the service I received today. I know this location can get extremely busy, but I think it’s important to recognize good service when you receive it. My experience today was definitely a positive one, and I’m pleased to have my car back with my tire repaired. Thank you, Miguel, for making today’s visit a good experience. Hopefully, this level of service continues moving forward!

We got the car inspection done and they told us it would take around 2 hours. We came back after 2 hours and they told us our car had just been pulled into the garage. Since then i asked them of an approximate time till it’s done multiple times. Mostly they did go and check but by the third time they hit me with the “sorry im really busy right now”. It’s been over 2 hours over their 2 hour approximation. An hour ago they said “almost half an hour more”.

Left my car overnight for a tire change and upon return, found my car under a tree and covered in what i thought was bird poop (although it was brown). When i tried to clean it beck home, i realized it was a gooey and sticky substance, really hard to come off. Called the workshop immediately and they claimed that i should have reported immediately and i mentioned the train tracks behind the shop and asked if it was oil and the manager ( Julian) said it was probably tar. He said i should get the car washed and send the receipt. He said he had many cars everyday and he couldn’t check the conditions the vehicles were. No apologies, acting like he was doing me a favor. Just be careful if you need to leave your car overnight.

This is by far the best Firestone I’ve ever used. I’ve been to countless ones over the years. I found this one over the past weekend and I had such a great experience getting work done with Ozzie and Joe that I ended up bringing our other car the following morning. Great coffee shops nearby as well for doing work while waiting for your car.
